Arrive for your appointment on time, and bring your mask, id, and HSN.
Results are sent electronically in a PDF format. Please ensure your email address is printed clearly and accurately on requisition form to ensure no delays in processing
An administrative charge may be added to any change to the type of services provided including cancellation
